Here at ISIS Maternity our aim is to provide the perfect customer experience from ordering you items right though to being delighted with the items when they arrive, it is important to us that you the customer are completely satisfied and as such we welcome feedback of any type at info@isismaternity.co.uk. Our aim is to provide all our customers with a flexible and high value service which allows you to shop when you want to , where you want to. Please be assured that when you place an order with ISIS Maternity you do so in the confidence that the following terms and conditions apply.
Payment
We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit and credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Delta, Switch, Solo and Electron. Paypal is also available, if you prefer. You can also pay for your orders by cheque made payable to ROMANHALL LTD. All cheques will need 7 working days to clear before your order can be dispatched. Please make sure you put your full name and address on the back of any cheques. Cheques should be sent to our Customer Services Department, ISIS Maternity, 1 Mews Court, Mickleover Derby DE3 9DB All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change. VAT is included in the price shown. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.
Prices
Prices listed are in £GBP and are exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges apply and vary. ISIS Maternity reserves the right to change the stated price of an item at any time. The price you pay will be that in force at the time of your order. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you immediately by email to check if you wish to continue with your purchase.
Descriptions and Colours of Items
Whilst we take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at all times, there may be occasions where colour variations may occur as a result of customers screen set up and or software /computer system. In these situations ISIS Maternity cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour.
Data protection
We value your custom and loyalty – at ISIS Maternity we will never pass on your email address to any other company at any time. If you subscribe to our ISIS Newsletter, you can rest assured that we will only contact you to keep you informed of our special offers. If you wish to unsubscribe at anytime – that’s no problem. Promotional and multi buy discounts
Multi buy discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All discount vouchers need to be quoted on initial orders and cannot be used retrospectively. If for any reason you return an item that has been purchased with a multi-buy discount, the full price of the additional items will be charged. All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts and multi buy discounts must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.
