At ISIS maternity we are continually trying to make your purchase as smooth and hassle free as possible - that why we only use recognised couriers to handle our order shipments • All orders over £75.00 will be delivered free of charge within Europe • Orders under £75.00 will be charged a flat delivery fee of £5.95 for mainland UK. • Deliveries to Mainland Europe will be charged a flat delivery fee of £7.95. • For postage costs outside of Mainland Europe please contact us at info@isismaternity.co.uk stating your address including country and local ZIP/Postal code At ISIS Maternity we will always try to process your order as soon as possible. If your purchased items are all in stock, delivery time to mainland UK is typically 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days for the delivery of your purchase. If any one of your items is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you want to have the order dispatched in stages, or would rather wait and have it all sent together – it’s entirely up to you! In this case though, delivery charges will apply for every shipment. Once an item is dispatched ISIS Maternity will send you a confirmation email, you should then receive delivery of your item within 2/3 days, please contact us if for any reason you have not received delivery of your order within 7 days from receipt of the confirmation email. If an order is returned to us as ‘unable to deliver’ for any reason we will contact you to confirm delivery details. ISIS Maternity reserve the right to charge an additional £2.50 administration fee for any items that require re-delivery
Returns
At ISIS Maternity.co.uk we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases then please return your unwanted goods within 10 working days (for UK customers) 20 working days (for non UK customers) from receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Free delivery is offered on the first exchange to UK customers only, subsequent exchanges will be charged at the standard delivery rate. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for all returns. Returns will only be accepted if the garments have been unworn, in a resalable condition and with the swing ticket attached. If garments are returned outside the refund period then a credit note will be issued which can be used against a later order. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned as these are both direct costs to the customer.
